Not really.
Not really.
It hasnt been made in other languages. Only in english because apparently that is what the makers were more comfortable with ( tells you more than something right there). Read gkhambas blog for that. As for your other comment. Telugu is the second most widely spoken language as a first language. This times of india…
No idea if it is english. Telugu is the second most widely spoken language in the country. English education and the want for it and the means to attain it have only recently gained steam. Until even 6-7 years ago, english medium schools were a very low % of schools in total. There are quite a large number of people…
Trust me. I know how many schools teach English today and just how "good" it is. I lived there until recently. And the number of schools that do has risen, steeply, only in the last few years. There are still millions who cannot read/write/speak english in the country.
I wonder why they made the video in English when they could've just as easily made it in about 15 different languages and got more eyeballs where it mattered - within the country!
So much Oppo! Oppo all the time!
Totally agree. First time I saw one in person (and driven hard too, I might add) I was blown away by how much much better it looked in person compared to the pictures.
EJ the soothsayer hath told this long long ago. His will be done.
The truth is the BMW group sells to any asshole with green money, whether or not they go for a Mini or a 7-series. Same goes for pretty much every car on the planet. The cars we pick are often very personal choices, but those choices aren't making us unethical jackasses. We have that part covered just fine no matter…
Let me give you a way out there theory. Kimi to Ferrari in 2014. Alonso/Vettel swap in 2015. Kimi and Vet teammates in Ferrari in 2015. That is a team I'd like to see.
So, the reason my wife is always on about wanting to get herself a Louis Vuitton bag/purse is so she can ward off potential attacks by hot ladies on me? Sounds legit.
Given that it isn't built in India, there are all kinds of taxes and duties on completely built units being imported into the country. That is why a Honda Accord costs the equivalent of $34,000. The Touring model starts at that price here in the US.
Holy Shit. Jet engines are awesome!
'MURICA!
$7000 is not cheap in India. There are cars that are cheaper and offer similar value.
Here's a bit of a primer on small cars in India. The Maruti Suzuki partnership's Maruti 800 was the ultimate must-have car for millions of middle and lower class people in the country. Until the late 90s this was the car most of India aimed for (for lack of better options and obviously lack of money). After…
About Mumbai, the two main causes of death are people falling off trains (I know it sounds duh! and it is. People fall off trains while hanging on to it like in that video) and getting hit by trains while crossing the tracks. But the trains are the lifeline for that city.
Mate, the Nano isn't the only car TATA makes in India.
