Honestly, I've always loved this actress (But I'm a Cheerleader is one of my top 10 movies of all time)... but she seems to overact a little on OITNB. Her character (along with Laurin Pepperton) always just annoy me....

Really? She's been around for like, 5 or 6 years... and she is a semi-big name in the internet skeptic community (sort of a microcosm, I guess). She's also got a pretty good podcast for free on iTunes.
