The fact that any of this has to be spelled out for anyone that calls themselves a “true liberal” is infuriating. I refuse to reply to him personally, so I’ll just put this here:

Not having Donald Trump in office?
We talking Type 1 or Type 2? Are we in the same club?
Either way, what’s in it for anyone that’s actually liberal?
Nintendo is always trying novel things, and I love that. For all the bluster of console makers telling us how they’re “Redefining play” and other such nonsense, it always seems to be Nintendo trying those new things out. Things don’t always end up being amazing, but Nintendo never stops trying.
“Ooooh, look at you, with your enormous empty living room with hardwood floors, free of clutter and completely devoid of copious amounts of pet hair.”
Hey, can’t beat the photorealistic graphics of real life ;)
This is why I always love Nintendo games. They may not be pushing the graphical boundaries like MS or Sony but that’s usually because they’re trying to do something fun instead.
I’m definitely looking forward to the new LEGO Star Wars game that got pushed back to next year. If they went back and added trophies to the original one, I would probably play through it again.
Oh to be clear I was playing splitscreen co-op at his place. I meant “I did all the work necessary to get a trophy but on my friend’s account”.
Even if you don’t play them for the assured Platinum trophy, I would definitely suggest trying some of the Lego games. They’re fun, the humor is silly, and are very good when you want a casual game as a break from shooting bad guys and saving worlds from horrible evils.
My friend and I got a Platinum trophy playing through Terminator Salvation on Hard difficulty in co-op back in like 2011. But that was on his account, so even though I earned the trophy, it’s not in my account.
The vast majority of my less-than-ten platinum trophies are from Telltale games and I’m fine with that. I love video games but I don’t love turning them into work - which is what most platinums do. The only recent game where I actually had to *do stuff* to get all the trophies was Jedi Fallen Order - because the game…
To be fair, it was definitely a big commercial at the time.
Honest to god, a couple months ago I bought a PS Vita because I really wanted to play Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden - I also had a backlog of PS Vita games through PS Plus and old PSP games from when I had one of those, so it made a certain sort of sense.
I bought the Vita, but it took another month for a…
I know milk’s overrated but that just sucks. RIP. :(
That’s correct. The last Star Wars media I’ve seen outside of games and movies was the older books. I was reading a book about the characters from the Mos Eisley cantina while waiting for midnight for the GameCube launch. I’ve seen nothing but movies and games since then. I know I should fix that, but I really…
Man this got me so excited while everyone was like “WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON”. And we never had a following :(
Solo was a fun movie IMO!
and then the 99 percent of viewers who never even heard of The Matrix Online look around going “What?!”
What’s funny is that this makes me LESS likely to check it out. To me, the fun of checking out an older game is that there’s all this older content I can either breeze through or enjoy while learning. Having a wealth of things to do is part of the draw for me. I picked up FFXIV last year and there’s just so much to…
