I like this method for large batches of bacon, but as someone who doesn’t own a dishwasher, I tend to avoid it if I can, because washing a wire rack that’s been used for bacon sucks ass. It takes forever, and the thing is still never clean.
On behalf of my employer, a company that makes several styles of cooling grids, PLEASE ensure that the rack/grid you are using is made for oven use.

A friend of mine manages a restaurant, and apparently DoorDash charges TWENTY FIVE PERCENT commission on food it delivers! This is an industry with razor thin margins as it is, and all the food delivery services charge an absurd commission on this.
