This appears to be an American Enterprise Institute graph based on US Bureau of Labor Statistics data. We all know that cell phone costs have not declined by 50% since 1998, nor have new car prices stayed flat.

That is true. The last fiscal conservative was Clinton.

Neutral: Absolutely bring Cash for Clunkers back. Just skip the part about crushing the old cars. Pay the dealers to refurbish the viable trades and donate them to those in need.

Counterpoint: paying someone to tell you how you can or can’t use the property you paid for, particularly when they aren’t the government, is pure crazytown.

Not all HOA’s are bad.  Mine is a rare good one.  And even though we have an RV/boat in driveway restriction, there are a couple doctors living in theirs right now and the HOA is letting it pass.  Even after a few asshats complained.

I loved BTS when they toured with The Guess Who in the late 1970s.

This was one of my favorite cars to race against in Test Drive: Eve of Destruction. I think in that game it was called the Moth but it was otherwise identical and very easy to send sailing when you hit it with a bigger car.

I am watching it, and enjoying it as well. It is a bit slow and repetitive like you said, but it is really amazing to see how this is all shaking out.
