Both are shitty people, but as a tall person, if the person in front of me reclines even slightly, the seat rails usually smash into my knee caps. The seats are so tight now that there’s literally no room for them to “only recline 2".

Airlines should install seats that pivot high on the back and recline by moving the seat bottom forward.
