Agreed. 20 years from now the current RedBull livery will be among the classics. Possibly and hopefully still on the track. Wait, nevermind. Energy drinks will surely go the way of tobacco.

"The whole cleanup cost the US TAXPAYERS $250 million."
Wrigley Field? Nah, nothing has happened there except 100+ years of the Cubs losing. Unless you are referring to it as a sort of cult meeting place for people who believe in a team which shall never win anything, then you have a point.
Why wouldn't you do some laps on the Ring? It's an absolute blast.
How does a public road go bankrupt? Does that mean all public roads in Germany are bankrupt? I've seen some roads in pretty bad shape, but they're still open for people to drive on. If the public owns it, wouldn't taxes pay for it? Do people not pay taxes (besides the toll) to keep roads up in Germany? Why did they…
Can't wait to rent it. I may not even take the keys back to the rental counter to demand another car.
The one thing I notice here is how absolutely horrid people are at comparing cars and what people actually think something looks like. I see no Optima, I see no Saab, I see no Mazda 6 (last gen), I see no "squished Impala". Like really...what the heck are all you looking at?
I once thought the same thing. Back in late '08, I bought a new truck to replace the old one. And I thought to myself, one more ride down my favorite dirt road. Get it good and dirty one last time.
She's the first woman to blah, blah, blah... That should mean absolutely nothing. By pointing this out actually is actually sexist.
I think anyone who has had the displeasure of trying to hire for an office knowledge worker (e.g. engineer, developer) in the last few years would absolutely jump at the chance to hire someone who approached their job thoughtfully as would be displayed by some of these types of questions. I know everyone has…
use google chrome, install ad block plus and do not track me plugins. I never see these pop ups. didn't even know they happened.
Preach. I open multiple tabs from headlines, so I can just power through them all in a go, so not only did I get an obnoxious Christmasy ad, I got about 8 of them, staggered. And not in a good "Row, Row, Row Your Boat" kind of way.
Nah... they're not useless. They're still good for towing and hauling things. Actually 2wd models often have a higher tow rating than 4wd models because they weigh less.
This. I grew up on the NFS games and credit them (especially the surprisingly realistic Porsche Unleashed) for my love of cars in adulthood. The single-use NOS mechanic in Underground was one of the more interesting dynamics. I was sad to see the self-refilling nitrous later in the series.
Look out our windshield.
Now at the billboard.
Now back to the windshield.
Now to the billboard.
Now to the plane.
Now your windshield is diamonds... because it's shattered.
Sweet, now offer it as a crate engine.
Reverse: Very interesting facts about the Holland Tunnel in this short video.
Neutral: In principle, the reimagined datsun 510, but in practice probably the BRZ wagon. The BRZ has to be the only reasonably priced car that has transitioned from concept to production without losing its essence in a sea of compromise. I do not have the same faith in Nissan.
I can't wait for these to hit the used market. A three year old 420 hp RWD sedan for $25k? Heck yes!
