I forgot about their Hummer revival, and I missed that the Bolt CUV was coming to North America. I knew they had unveiled something like that for China but hadn’t seen anything for the US market in the works. Thanks for the info!

Ferrari always prided itself on engines first and foremost. They’ve obviously had success in F1 where aerodynamics and chassis design are also extremely important, so they have the capability, but engine design is historically their strongest attribute. So to go to a series that uses spec chassis and aero, where their

This is why so many people that frequent the place end up being raving lunatics.

The best battery pack is no good without a vehicle to put it in. How’s GM doing on the EV sales front? I haven’t seen any future vehicles announced for the US either, so they just have the Bolt right now for a BEV offering.

But with the IndyCar engine regs changing for 2022, Ferrari could easily become an approved engine supplier. They have the money and the engineering prowess, it just really comes down to whether IndyCar would want them and what they’d all get out of it.

They had that with Hamilton and Rosberg though. Rosberg beat Hamilton to the title one year and made him sweat in a couple of others - they pushed each other and it got fiery.

I liked Vettel a lot at Red Bull and had high hopes for his time at Ferrari. But it seems like he consistently cracked under pressure and over-drove the car, making mistake after mistake and throwing away whatever slim championship opportunities he still had.

I think Ferrari were right to not renew his contract. He

Then skip the donuts and get some BBQ at the bowling alley!

But it has the wow factor if you don’t get into the details. Saying “I’m a graduate of MIT.” and “I ate at McCormick & Schmick’s last night.” provides enough info to sound impressive, and the listener fills in the details themselves in their mind automatically.

That’s absolutely crushing to not get to see your loved ones in person or even give them a simple hug. I’m sure they’re all really sad about not getting to see you, too. The mental and emotional toll from this crisis is very real.

Well said! There are a handful of success stories where people found amazing wealth through grit and sheer determination, but those are exceptions rather than the norm.

And now we’re “at war with a virus”.

I don’t know why I never thought to use a cookie cutter for that - my wife has probably 1,000 of them - but I always use a shot glass like my dad taught me.

Go buy some donuts at Hole in One! :-)

I find myself playing it a lot before bed. My wife goes to sleep relatively early but I’ve always been kind of a night owl, so I generally have a couple of hours every night to myself. So far this game reliably takes my mind off of work and whatever else I’m thinking about that day - I get totally absorbed in it until

I’m thoroughly enjoying this game. It’s calming in sense - just you and the road or task ahead of you. No other distractions in the game, no relationships to manage with people, no traffic, and a slow, steady pace.

I strongly disagree about the not-being-economically-devastated part.

I live a couple of towns over from this ice cream shop and I’ve met the owner a few times over the years. Super nice people with a loyal following, the ice cream is great, and they are involved in some local charity organizations as well. I’m not surprised one bit that he set up that page to help his employee - that’s

Also this will work for lightweight cargo but not everything that needs to ship. Not only because of having to load through passenger doors, but also the cabin floor may not be strong enough to hold a lot of larger/heavier items.

KLM actually abruptly retired all of their passenger and combi 747s due to this crisis, then a couple of days later brought the combis back into service. If it weren’t for that unique capability, they’d all be bound for the scrapyard right now.
