As someone in the parts business, I hope Lincoln sells a lot of vehicles with this feature so I get to sell some $100 sets of wiper blades. I thought BMW, Audi and Land Rover blades were bad enough already, but blades with a heating element built in? Maybe my wife and I will be able to finish the basement a few years

It’s a great highway cruiser. The thing I personally didn’t like about it were the seats - it felt like I was sitting ON them instead of IN them, you know what I mean? It felt like there was very little lateral support, although after a couple of hours on the highway I wasn’t uncomfortable so maybe they just take some

I relate a lot to your description of an extroverted introvert. Whenever I go somewhere I enjoy having my small group of friends with me, but there are also times I need to be totally alone with my thoughts to recharge.

Silk Blue Metallic is one of the best-looking blues out there from any manufacturer. Pictures don’t do it justice in my opinion.

Those trains look perpetually angry because they’re underfunded and always running late.

I imagine a Sir David Attenborough voiceover describing how it is now off in search of a larger locomotive shell.

NERD!! (But seriously this is interesting to me... usually I geek out about commercial aircraft operations like this, but trains are cool too.)

See, this is exactly why I think windshields-for-eyes on cars makes sense. They still need lights to see in the dark, and it would be terrifyingly strange if bright beams of light emitted from their eye-holes.

Hahahaha totally missed that. Well played!

That car gets more beautiful every time I see it, and some of these images are absolutely gorgeous.

$12.75 here in Massachusetts as of January 1st!  But you’d still need hand warmers and boots...

The “My pleasure” thing always impressed me - that and every CFA I’ve been in has been CLEAN, as if it was just built.

I think the soft-top Viper prices will start to increase, but I agree that the coupe is always going to carry a higher value and has more potential to increase sooner and faster. The coupe is more practical than the soft-top since it has actual windows and a roof, which broadens the appeal quite a bit compared to the

He even said he’s had no problems with it after 40k miles. What’s your definition of reliability??

I imagine the CarGurus rep saying something like “Nice inventory you got here... it would be a shame if someone misrepresented it and pissed off future customers...

Damn, stuff like that just adds more pain and frustration to an already terrible situation. Very sorry for your loss... I hope brighter days are ahead (and also that you never have to set foot in a KIA dealer again.)

What would be the appropriate tattoo to signal what a badass criminal he is? Two torn pieces of paper under one eye?

My former boss would do that with contracts at work as well, and it led to more than one deal going sour. But he wasn’t going to put the company at risk just to appease a lying or ill-informed intermediary. If he couldn’t get an actual explanation, if he couldn’t get the suspect language removed, or if he felt he was

To be fair, that old Dodge van MIGHT actually only be $1, which is about 50% off of fair market value. A true deal!

This is great info and I hadn’t seen that line about “adding the down payment to the price above” before - what a BS tactic that is!
