I’d say Zenyatta or Reaper is a good counter to a bushel of tanks.
I’d say Zenyatta or Reaper is a good counter to a bushel of tanks.
Zenyatta maybe? He shreds tanks pretty well.
Totally agree. I was holding out hope too that this game would get ported over to the states as well. I had heard that it wouldn’t be approved due to the violence and nudity depicted in the game. But then I was like: “WTF!?” ‘The God Of War games have violence and nudity too.” If Playstation Now somehow had the game…
in the defense of the teaser, its that its only that, a teaser, its not a full on trailer... but I agree, that ps2 trailer really nails it. They even used the iconic “Hai Yai Forces” song, which is just the best in the berserk sound track, it just screems the berserk universe :D
Right? This is the third time I have seen them use that scene in promotional material. At this point if I didn’t know better I would think it is an H game about playing as a tentacle monster.
Ayyy, that hot Berserk action <3
Widow gets hate on offense a lot.
Her kit isn’t set up at all to cap/push an objective. She’s a back line / flanking threat and when she’s flanking she often requires heal support that the tank/offense heroes need to take the point.
I just saw a team entirely of Genjis with a Mercy on the attack thrash another team because they were all over the place and no one could form a defense against them.
But unlike Reaper, McCree is incredibly good at flanking, anti-flank, AND long range. You just need a modicum of aim skill which feels very forgiving in this game compared to others.
Genji can usually handle one Winston or Mei if he’s situationally aware and keeps his distance until they’re in kill range, but if I’m ever against two hard Genji counters I immediately switch to Junkrat. Junkrat wrecks Winston and Mei so it’s a fine tradeoff.
Considering I’ve solo-capped objectives as Genji multiple times, I’m gonna go ahead and say you don’t know what you’re talking about.
Uh-huh. Please tell me the many permutations for Torb. You can:
So I take you haven’t played the game much? Genji can win games. Like Reaper and McCree, Genji’s a magnet for Bad Players. A Genji dropping behind enemy lines undetected can really fuck up a defense. Played right, as harrasser and skirmisher, Genji is a nightmare. His ult can wipe entire teams, if you’re any good. I…
Yeah he was a little ridiculous. But he’s SUPPOSED to counter the fast pixie characters like Tracer and Genji. He’s just not supposed to be vaporizing tanks.
Winston is even harder. Genji’s swiftstrike will allow him to escape Mei’s slow debuff but Winston can easily keep pace.
Need to kill Bastion? Genjis’ your man!
I’m so glad I have a big group of friends that play this game. I probably wouldn’t if they weren’t around to have fun with. We get on Discord, load up a team, and go have fun, even though we’re average at best. But, we work together, we don’t main a character (except for one guy, who has like 400 hours on Bastion and…
The biggest problem on PS4 is team composition. I don’t know how many times I have someone pick a duplicate hero at the last second when we don’t have a tank or support (sometimes neither!) My top five played characters: Mercy, D.Va, Reinhardt, Lucio, Junkrat. I really wish people would stop picking Genji and Hanzo all…
The strategies aren’t abstract per se, but they do take a bit of time to understand how the ebb and flow of it all plays out at the higher ends of gameplay.
Its more of a rock, paper, scissors thing though.
