“Japanese enthusiast shin__geki used three basic paper cups, in a very clever way, to tell a mini story featuring *everyone’s favorite bald hero.*”

This show was great. Anna really was the star. Without her reaction to what’s going on the whole thing wouldn’t have flowed anywhere near as well as it did.

“Little short for a stormtrooper".

I’d say it deserves to place, possibly to win for the ‘indie’ category, at least.

“...Scrubbing Gear?!”

I laugh out loud every time I am reminded of L Block.

Keep in mind hijacking GFaqs polls is nothing new. The L-Block from Tetris once won the Character Battle contest .

I’m still down with turn-based combat. There have been some games in the intervening years, like Bravel Default and Radiant Historia, that have added interesting twists on the formula. Random encounters though... they can go to hell.

The slow, boring, repetitive turn-based combat is the #1 reason I don’t replay the old FF games (no matter how much I used to love them) and have largely given up on JRPGs as a whole. That they’re changing the battle system is the most exciting part of this remake for me.

“Makes me want to lightning the hell out of it.”

It’s called “Bolt” you pleb XD

*spoiler alert*

The biggest thing that concerns me right now is seeing Wedge, Biggs, and Jessie’s lifeless bodies.....in HD D’:

Actually it was close to a year. Cloud was comatose being carted around the globe by Zach for about a year after being stuck in a mako tube for four years. I think it’s understandable that he looks like death.

I think they could but with the level of fidelity we have these days it’s difficult to pull off right without looking cheesy.

I actually like his portrayal!

I’m not very worried. It’s going to be fucking fantastic. I’m suuuuper excited. It’ll be neat to see (what I’m guessing will be) FFXV-style combat in the FFVII setting. I hope they don’t fuck over the Materia system, that’s the only thing I’m worried about at all. The Materia system was the best magic/skill system in

Oh, Wada’s probably not wrong about Konami. But he’s no saint when it comes to chasing off talent in suspicious circumstances, either (Sakaguchi, Matsuno, Kato, etc).

Yeah the original was nice, but why can’t Sega do something new? Like they say, we should view Chronicles and Revolution as 2 separate series. One was based on WW2, this looks a bit different. looking at the trailer, you can see a big scorpion robot thing so it looks like tech might be more advanced. But then you also

MGSV made $179 million on launch day, and over $300,000,000 to date. I remember reading that the budget was something like $80 million. So they definitely could and should have finished the game.

I don’t think this is a game that would really...work that well on consoles. I mean it’s possible, but very unlikely.

PEOPLE ARE ENJOYING A THING, HOW AWFUL.
