That’s really what this proves. The incident report uses specific language referring to a crime committed by the officer. They flat-out say he used excessive force. And they flat-out didn’t do much of shit about it. Not that it’s news to me, but at least we’re getting it out in the open.

I once lost an office job because I was seen as “intimidating”. I didn’t do anything, I was just told that I was scaring people somehow? Apparently if I joined the police force, I’d have gotten a promotion.
