I definitely do not think that they should have put in a fat adjective, but from my reading "gaunt" is used as a pejorative, I could be wrong though.

No, I grimaced at that too. Thanks for letting me know how gross you think I am when I'm in shape, Jezebel. Every time I've been 105lbs I've been completely cut. Plus I'm only 5'0", so I'm really just a scrawny person. But you know, she's only 5'4" and at 105lbs she's "gaunt."

I think the grossest part of this is that it's probably an elaborate marketing ploy for the sequel that is structured around the understanding that more people will pay for a porn if they can at least suspect that the woman didn't want to be there/doesn't want it to be watched.
