They were posting/sharing/commenting on images of black girls from the student body and comparing them to apes. This was targeted at specific individuals that attend the school. I feel like the school has an obligation to intervene.

The images were of other students with nooses around their necks which isn’t protected speech.

Nah, I think the issue is that since it was done publicly, online, and directed at other students/school officials, it is effectively everywhere.

I think the most striking thing about this article isn’t the article itself, but the deluge of hateful, anti-Clinton posts in the comments section from people who ostensibly claim to be on the Left.

The precedent is already there. Schools are not “public spaces” and school administrators can take “reasonable actions” to protect the entire student body and create an environment suited to learning. Now, I would say that the “walk of shame” is not a reasonable action, but schools have been allowed to censor students…

I have it on good word from someone who works in fashion that the Trump administration has commissioned Hugo Boss to design new uniforms for the police and all airline personnel. The theme is brown shirts, offset with some sort of shiny boot. They also incorporate a striking armband.

Obamacare has been a flawed but good idea. Everyone with a preexisting healthcare condition, i.e., everyone who has been sick or diagnosed with something like “pregnancy”, “acne”, “hypertension”, or “diabetes” can confirm this.
