Had they just left out the ability to spend GTA$/Shark Card money on chips (as I wrongly predicted they would) they could have completely sidestepped this. Give members chips every day and pay missions in chips. That way, even if you could cash out into GTA$, you’d never risk real money.

I would love to watch a streamer running cheats slowly come to the horrifying realization that they are getting hit with the same things they are bragging about doing to others and then raging that they got caught as it dawns on them. It would be DELICIOUS.

Every online game should do this. No warnings, don’t even tell someone that they got flagged, just automatically match those found with cheat software to others with cheats, and the only way to get out is to play a number of matches without cheating equivalent to double the matches that got flagged. 

You can probably “cash out” chips for money, but I’m betting that you’ll get chips as mission rewards to gamble with. If you can buy GTA$ and directly buy chips, then that is the literal definition of online gambling.

Was about to say.. I almost expect them to release generation “packs” as DLC as time goes on. If they’re free updates, marvelous. But I expect paid.

Frankly, old stuff is so much better anyway. It had (ridiculous) plots and a wider range of body types.
