5’2” here, AA. Same situation lol. That’s the main thing that pisses me off. Not the actual age of fictonal characters or any nonsense like that, but the fact that I and others can make adult art in an anime style of adult characters that look like us and get insulted for it. For all the progressive, body positive

I never said Valve should put them back. I just hate the fact that people rush to judge. And by the way, what is an “obvious adult”? Take Senran Kagura. If you saw a picture of any girl in that show, not knowing anything about it, would you think “child”?

Yeah, probably why I like Studio Trigger so much these days lol. But even those old shows, if they were released today, people would have a fit over them

It’s easy to live with yourself if you don’t consider the subject of your cruelty to be a human being- or you consider yourself better than human.

I didn’t know they kicked you out of school at 18. Must have changed that since I went.

Unfortunately, these days if you draw anime styled art, you have to give characters a DD sized chest and have them in a bar drinking shots or someone is going to say they aren’t adults.

He will scream fraud no matter what takes him out of office, and he will believe it.

Hate to be “That girl” but TECHNICALLY, it is one with a gun. The other has a crossbow with a sawblade which is far better in my opinion.

That’s why it’s “Statutory”. IE, the statute of age of consent says she is not old enough to meaningfully say yes.

In order to buy that same $1000 pistol in real life at the time would take about $10-$12.

Can someone please just roll up a large newspaper and go to everybody in Hollywood that is working on an anime/game live action conversion and smack them on the head and say “No! Bad!” Already?

It’s almost like their goal for this game was to take as much of what made Fallout 3 and up great and try to ruin it as hard as possible. Like this game was designed by people that absolutely loathe Fallout games.

Replace “one” with “several”.

And it’s about handing preteens an allowance and sending them to wander the earth fighting and enslaving literal gods.

That’s about how I feel too.

I’d say people should try it regardless. I loved the original and I like the reboot even more.

All I can say is.. finish watching season one. The ease of the alliance absolutely comes back to bite them.

Agree with every word. This is the first Netflix original that I started watching in bed the other night and watched every single episode in a row because I couldn’t make myself stop. Season two cannot happen fast enough.

I read this entire article in the voice of Hunter S. Thompson, the same way I read his articles on Nixon in his books.
