I think you have a very valid point in that regard. You are dealing with customers coming in with a mindset of "I have to buy this, but I dont want to AND this guy is going to try and screw me as hard as he can." That cant be easy.

To be very honest (I have no vendetta against dealerships) almost every person on the planet hates car salesmen (salesmen of most type for that matter). There is a reason the whole "used car salesmen" line is a negative thing. Those arent "his" generalizations, those are the general feelings of society lol. Sorry.
