I think the new Nilsson S80 D5 AWD is quite cool. Volvo ambulances have been produced for a very long time, and the latest one is probably as good as an ambulance gets, with lots of diesel power and all wheel drive.

Before landing a gig at Top Gear, Richard Hammond worked for Motor Week, and he took the time to explain why you shouldn't buy a now-classic E46 BMW 3er.

GATEBIL Våler 2013

Volvo 343

Renault 12

Sognefjellet, Norway

Or you could buy a REAL S-class, which is probably better

I think my first car was close to perfect. 4x4 and decent power made for some entertaining driving, especially in winter. It was probably as reliable as any other old car, and it had a lot of equipment for a cheap one. I miss it.

He's been doing well today though, setting fast times despite being first on the road and having the sweep away all the loose gravel.
