I see what you mean, and I’m surprised that something like that hasn’t been custom made yet. The closest you’ll get is a PV544, I guess.

Me and my coworkers are often doing this while standing in traffic in Germany. Once we came across a car registered in Minden, Nordrhein-Westfalen where the owner probably had the initials LF. We had a good laugh.

I was actually surprised by how bad their signal was in rural Germany. After all it is their home market. It’s the same for all providers though.
