Well kind of any Subarus look good when they're a bit rough, but my favourite has got to be the Brat.

The last one is better than this, not better than the 140-series.

Just look at the roofline and the doors..

Well, even Volvo did this...

This is the american car that I've seen the most times, so it's what I think of when somebody says an american car.

No, because clutchkick.

One year and two months, still counting though. I think I'll keep it as long as it's running good and without too many problems. It's also my first car.

A Subaru Brat with a newer turbo-engine and drivetrain. I've dreamt of this since the first time I saw one, and I still do.

They use salt on some roads when the temperature is just below freezing, to remove the ice. When it's -5 to -35 they only plow, but may put gravel/sand on the road instead. My 80's car is littered with gravel scars in the front, but has no rust because they try to not use salt on the roads. They can do this because

The reason is the Sierra sold twice as much as any other car here. Ten years ago you could throw a stone in any direction and be sure to hit one. Another reason is the crazy car prices here. Most people can't afford a brand new car, and keeps maintaining their old car instead. I guess some of the Sierras I see is

I even daily-drive an 80's car! It's not that common though..

Mazda 626's is pretty common as well.

Since the Volvo 240 is already mentioned, as well as the Golf Mk2, I'll have to go with this. Here in Norway they sold a huge amount of them back in the 80's, and I still see them every day.

The car as well, please..

The funny thing is that most of the cars on this list costs more than 30-40k $ where I live.. But you can get quite cheaply to 200hp, for example the Rover 620ti will cost around 5000$ in decent shape. But I would rather choose a lower hp RWD or AWD car, because of hoonability.

Yeah, I really wonder what I should do with my car when it snows..

Cheap, but rare and it will break down. You're much better off with a Volvo.

Jaguar XJ, as long as it's the classic design.

Needs more RWD.
