I pretty much felt this way when I realised I was about to complete Outer Wilds. I was so excited, particularly because this game really makes you earn your story progress, but I was also sad that this journey was coming to an end.

I am always surprised at how much detail and work goes into parts of games that most player completely miss
Thank you, that is really helpful.
Apologies in advance for not commenting specifically on the article’s content, but...
I have deliberately avoided reading anything about Outer Wilds until I completed it. Today, I finally got to the end (or an ending? Maybe there are more..?).
I really want to like this, but...
Did you just hear that? That crack that echoed like a gunshot through the mountains, scattering the birds?
Yeah, interesting point about the Skyline GTR and it’s funny how one’s personal experience can influence such things. Perhaps because I was always more of a Toyota fanboy (my first decent car was a Mk1 MR2), I just remember more about the Supra than the Nissan.
Oh bravo! That comment put a big smile on my face and all I can pay you with is this star...
I think a lot of the people who only think of F&F in relation to the SZ Supra have absolutely no idea how big a role Gran Turismo played in making that car a dream for so many people around the world.
Genuinely surprised to see Germany off the calendar for 2020. Surely the top bods at Mercedes (which is not exactly a small player in F1) could/should have intervened?
Very much looking forward to playing this.
I was so furious at you calling the 900 Turbo ugly, because I really loved this thing as a kid, that I did a Google image search so I could post a picture of a beautiful black one to prove you wrong.
I have always had a weird soft spot for this car. I think it gets the retro thing right without becoming a terrible pastiche (like the PT Cruiser... shudder).
I really really want one and I can afford a good used one now but Im very afraid given Audi’s notorious reliability issues.
Your car is absolutely beautiful! I’m sure you don’t need me to tell you that, but there you go.
Regional variation no doubt plays a role, but there’s also a real ‘snob-factor’ thing that has evolved over the past few years here in London.
This is spot on.
I’ve just finished the pre-sequel and the talking shotgun might just be the second best weapon in all of Borderlands imho.
