I'd almost rather this. I've always felt that used games steal from the developers. Ya, I know not every used game sale would be equal to a new game sale. It still does detract, and take away from the overall sales I'd guess.

I'm just impressed... given I never was that great of a skateboarder.. but when I went way too fast... (and maybe my trucks were just loose), but I'd just wobble... then inevitably eat dirt (asphalt).. lol

I understand that this sucks. Nintendo really needs to be more integrated with their online infrastructure. They say they are working on just that, so hopefully.. it happens soon. Before too many people get screwed by this very thing.
