Parkitect is asking for $50,000 on Kickstarter, and man, I just wish I could type Parkitect all day long it's such a great name.

Actually I had an old game in mind, but couldn't come up with the name... Then I found this monstrosity! I thought I already knew the worst German simulator developer, but this is just unbelievable. As you can see, they have several strip club tycoon/simulator things in their catalogue...
Is the Kickstarter link broken/misleading?
Afaik most series survive just by merchandise and licensing, unless there are sponsors behind the anime production. Just look how many cross over promotions animes do. Especially with candy. Sometimes I feel like there are no sweets in Japan that are not endorsed with some anime characters.
And though she gets kidnapped now and then, she always stays strong in a good way. I'm annoyed of those "Zelda is just a damsel in distress" talkers. I'm really looking forward to play her in Warriors.
I also thought I've seen it before...
You get used to be always late in terms of games. Though Nintendo seems to show a little more love for Europe recently.
Yes that's a point. But some games are so broken, you ask yourself how anyone could not see that bug and did even anyone play test this. Especially on consoles cause the game runs on the same hardware for everyone, unlike PCs. Of course time is also a huge factor. But that's what you get for pushing out a game every…
Maybe we were a little late into this in Europe... Or just wasn't mainstream enough yet.
But you still need a modem...? Man, I'm not old enough for that stuff...
Provided you got internet access. Not everyone was online in the 90's.
When I think about it, I mostly bought (and still buy) first party titles. Maybe they have more polish than others. But you can't deny that chances today are much higher to get a broken game on release no matter what platform.
I miss the days when at least console games where shipped working, because without internet there is no such thing as day one patches. But for this, PC games had addon CDs that really added new content and sometimes fixed issues with the original game. Honestly, all that "we patch that later" mentality will break the…
Sometimes they feel like an "indie" developer :)
That's why I only go on press day... When the con was in Leipzig it wasn't that crazy. But moving to Cologne made it HUGE. I think this year all days were sold out for the first time.
Where is the nsfw fish if you need it??
I don't mind spinoffs but they should add "useful" content and be canon with the original author or parallel universe style.
I also was wondering if this is the one pool...
Just localize the JRPG stuff... It's the same problem like the PSP. People won't buy games on handheld if they feel like a cheap mini version of the proper console game.
Now, can someone break Skate? Wait, that's already broken...
