I am smart enough not to use it, but I have helped far too many clients/friends/customers with problems. IE's ability to use browser bars AT ALL is a liability.

That's the default.....

Memories, memories - I rented everything from PS2 games I couldn't afford to buy yet, to GB/GBA/GBC/GC games.... I still have fond memories, but after the store near my house closed down, it wasn't worth it anymore - GameFly charges way too much for an unlimited monthly rental, Blockbuster's I actually paid for and

Not realistic.... it doesn't show her weighed down by 40 'sponsored' browser button bars, her noncompliance with HTML-5, her forcing the use of Bing.....

I've worked in Dev myself, I know the challenges - personally, I wouldn't mind just the updates, with bi- or tri-annual engine updates.

The Sims 3 used to, though. At time of writing it was correct.

Roster updates would be cheaper, and therefore would decrease their overhead - meaning they could make the same or a slightly better profit margin, tap whole sections of the market they hadn't previously, hire less staff, and still put out a product.

Unfortunately, they are thinking like M$oft.

And that problem - rushing to the end, not enjoying it, making leveling artificially easy - is indeed the problem with most modern mmos.

Endgame gear used to be about pride and accomplishment, it was a bonus - the real joy of the game was the journey, not the destination.

People have lost sight of that, and I guess
