We process food more today than our ancestors did. No food category or macro nutrient is innately evil or ‘bad’. We’re also more sedentary, which changes calorie needs.

I would not put Berserk on the list for a new anime watcher. I found it pretty awful. If you’re used to the nuance that GoT or Breaking Bad give to terrible events, situations or character, you just don’t find that in the Berserk anime.
