@Rohsiph: Bottom line is that my affection for the original film has left me disappointed by the original.

@umrguy42: Just seemed like an unnecessary part of the film but when you have so much crappy dialogue to muddle through I guess you need every visual staple you can get your hands on.

@Phaota: A Space Odyssey is a completely different film. More of a symphony of special effects and beautiful music. They couldn't be more different.

Here's another: the shot of Sam riding into the city on Kevin's old lightcycle is almost identical to when Tron was riding into the city/homebase of the MCP.

Incredible. Astounding. Awe-inspiring. Brilliant. Simply amazing work. That was a lot of work for only a few seconds but what a few seconds it was! I'll never forget it and it really makes me think outside the box of what's possible with PowerPoint (or even Keynote) presentation software.

Based on the timing necessary to parry a move by the final boss in Infinity Blade there's no way possible that this game could've worked on Kinect.

This is actually very interesting and I'd love to see what kind of creepy crap Burton would come up with.

@goombah: Everything in the iTunes/iPhone/iPod world works on playlists. Create a playlist then sync it to your iOS device. When you need to add/remove a song from your device just remove it from the playlist and re-sync. Done.

Time to start watching The Tester.

@dsectric: Well then Uncharted offers just that. You have your choice of pistols, machine guns, grenades or fisticuffs.

@dsectric: Ever play God of War? Mass Effect? What about Call of Duty? I loved Modern Warfare 1 (not so much 2) and I could pretty much count on the AI being in the exact same spot when I re-spawned.

@d4rk-h4x0rer: I sort of agree with my peers about Killzone 2 over inFamous but the difference is that Killzone 3 comes out in February while we still have a ways to go before inFamous 2 is out. So I'd say go for K2 to prime yourself for K3 in a few months.

So now Norton will sell virus protection for your car to prevent people from taking over the car and driving you off a cliff or into a head-on collision.

I don't know how they did it but somehow Naughty Dog managed to make Uncharted 2 look like a 1st gen game!!!

@Foohy: Excellent point. If there were ever a reason to spend $2,000+ I don't have for a 3D HDTV, this is the game that I'll go (deeper) into debt for.

@davidfretwell: My guess is they'll go the way of Call of Duty by skipping the numbers and going with subtitled adventures.

@SteveJobsSexLife: My thought exactly. Seems like a great idea but when you're holding it and have to move your hand/fingers to a new position (maybe 'cause it's getting heavy) you'll accidentally close/minimize an app because you swiped the bezel. Although the idea made sent my eyebrows north so it definitely has

@grysl: GREAT TIP!!! It was on the first page for me! Snatched it up with a quickness!

The fact that HTML5 is required in order to use this "OS" offline has to be another nail in Flash's inevitable coffin. Over dramatic maybe but it's certainly not great news for Flash.
