@waclark57: True. But the moment they do anything else like conference in another call, check a text or access an app at the same time it'll look like they're holding a really big phone rather than a device that should be more of a laptop alternative.

What I found more interesting is how most every visual element on the tablet was copying something from the iPad.

It's for the best. What started out as something interesting and different from anything else on the market turned into a really asinine and tepid experience that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

This is why eReaders like Kindle and Nook will have to become more advanced and offer devices that mimic at least some of what the iPad can do.

@Mister Jack: I know the feeling. I wish I had the time to sit down and figure out stuff like this but there's just no way. Unless I stopped working and avoided my family for a few weeks I might be able to squeeze out a basic level but never anything on the level above.
