Intelligence doesn't effect most spells. Nukes aren't supposed to scale well, they're there to shut down carries early if you have the capability to use them correctly. The only two heroes who severely rely on intelligence are Silencer and Outworld Destroyer.

You are entirely too hung up on STR, AGI and INT. What scaling do you dislike so much? I think you're reaching.

One of the few game series' I never actually got around to playing was Metal Gear Solid, and as an outsider of the series, this game looks fun. I'll probably pick it up.

how was the PVE in this game? Was it just long boring quest grinds? One of my largest problems in MMO's today is long boring quest grinds (TERA, SWTOR, WoW)
