The ones I worked with were more concerned with their weekly wages but I can see this making them more even likely to try and help the enemy.

I think its the privilege of being removed from the reality of what these policies cause. They forget that what they are proposing is how things used to be and it was untenable in terms of suffering and lives lost so we changed to how things are now.

I once had to reprimand an employee for doing that because it was creating unreasonable client expectations while masking the fact that we were under funded. Fine while he was there, but if he went on vacation etc I would suddenly get angry emails as to why x wasnt being done as usual. Other employees werent obliged…
