When did I imply that Bloom was a public defender?

There seems to be a number of people here that are offended by the obvious point.

She is being a lawyer.

That is just as stupid if not more so.

I highly doubt that Bloom ever saw herself as “a champion of women”.

And I am saying it is bullshit to hold Bloom to a standard that we would not hold a male lawyer too just because she is a woman.

It was her choice yes. My point, and I fully admit my ability to communicate in English is not very good, is that as a woman and a professional, Lisa Bloom can defend, run PR, and do whatever she likes legally to advance her career.

She also has the right to make her own decisions as a women and as a professional. Whether we like it or not, that is her prerogative.

A high profile case like this, the coverage before the actual civil case is just as important as what happens in the court.

Her motivations are obvious.

I would be surprised if an American journalist spoke like someone not born in the US.

She is a lawyer. You don’t want her to represent Weinstein, give her more money to drop her client.
