Wrong. In California, applicants are not required to disclose arrests that did not lead to conviction, juvenile offenses, or convictions for which the applicants successfully completed a drug diversion program. That's it.

Free speech isn't absolute and never has been. Why would you be against banning harassment? There are laws against that out in meat space you know.
