Healthy food does not spoil quickly. Frozen vegetables keep well, as do fresh vegetables if you refrigerate them. Yes, it takes planning, and good planners are less likely to be poor. People who mange their indulgences are more likely to get out of poverty.

The guy was a top talent, and could have been much more than a 6th man. If he did the conditioning, the film work, and not do drugs, he could have been a top 10 all-time center. As it stands, he’s in the same category as Detlef Shrempf. That’s no small feet, but who talks about Detlef Shrempf now?

Yeah, he’s had some horrible things in his life, but he was also gifted an incredible talent, and what did he do with it? His best days were coming off of the bench. He could have been so much more, but laziness was the path he took.
