But your analogies don't make any sense. A video game's story is not a TV, or a pizza. It's something that was written. You'd be better off comparing to to a TV show, movie, or book.

That's actually a really interesting theory, and making me think about the ending in a whole new way. Thank you for sharing.

I'm sure at some point he probably did.

"...And this is the Elven ancestor to Commander Shepard."

I wouldn't really agree with that. It's about personal taste, and I find a lot of the standard anime models extremely unappealing. Not saying KotOR and Oblivion had attractive models, because they didn't... but you'd be hard-pressed to find any game from 10 years ago that had high-quality models.

I read them all. I loved the Mass Effect codex, it's one of the best parts of the game. The detail they put into the universe is pretty amazing.

I loved Mass Effect 3. The entire ride was so worth it. It was completely satisfying to me, and while the ending was a shock, I found that after some reflection time I also loved the ending. People wanted their happily ever after endings, however much they deny it, and so they're sorely disappointed. I feel for them,

I figured it wasn't so much total destruction, as just burning out. All of the energy in all of the relays was being used to destroy the Reapers, and in some cases ascend life to synthesis. Like batteries dying.

That's incredibly strange. I didn't have any renegade interrupts for that part. Anderson got shot, but was not dead yet, and The Illusive Man, after some talking from me (paragon choices, to boot) shot himself. So... I dunno.

I had no idea what you were talking about, so I googled it... good god. What the hell is that thing?

But to be fair, default ManShep looks creepy as hell when he smiles. Only some FemShep faces can get away with the goofy grins.

Oblivion and KotOR 2 are incredibly old games.

I tend to go for my face when I make characters, which is relatively symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing. In an Irish kind of way. So my characters end up with red hair, green eyes, and as close to my eye, mouth, and nose shapes as possible. As a result, across all games with robust character customization, my

I did, as well. I had to process it for the rest of the night, it blew me away.

Ah, makes sense now. I would like to see a fat person.. maybe Aria T'Loak lets herself go?

I have not, that's hilarious.

Now I want to see that in cartoon form.

Thank you! I've found that the strong jawlines tend to end up looking better overall when it comes to making Shepard faces, you just need to space the rest of the features out evenly. This was after 3 or 4 tries, since as with the first 2 games, the face looks different in-game than it does in the editor.

As a woman and a huge Mass Effect fan, I found Ashley's makeover to be quite appealing. I like her hairstyle, and I like her new look. I can't really judge her for her make-up, my Shep wears lip gloss and eyeliner too.

I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, and was glad that I did. I like him. I like him a hell of a lot more than Jacob, that's for sure. I wish he had been in 2. I would have romanced the hell out of him.
