the reddit nerds are, on balance, mostly good.

celeste and inside are also games that a LOT of people already own...

...and i’m sure there are those gamers who already own the game on steam simply looking to keep their “platforms” looking more uniform. i definitely picked up super meat boy for free on epic even though i’ve probably bought it on three other systems.

absolutely not. it was terrible. a few great visfx aside, it was such a let-down after that pretty amazing prologue sequence.

...that’s where the Esports Fighting Tournaments come in.

i felt like you were trying to make a point about anti-asian racism but it didn’t really connect. to be honest it sounds like you need a vacation or something.

what an unbelievable piece of shit

to disney, this is mere pennies. the only reason they cancelled royalties was the hope that some of these writers were indifferent and could be shaken from the tree. they have no real legal standing to not grant royalties so i assume this will be resolved to at least the status quo for most whomever makes a stink.

the paper bag test thing irks me—can’t wait for there to be so much representation and diversity and games that there’s room for bigots of every race, culture and creed.

the podrace is an all-time great action sequence, and always has been. naboo also looks incredible.

i don’t think you’re taking into consideration the effect of dramatic lower loading times on quality of life. you can now just drop into and out of games basically on the fly.

somehow i’m actively disinterested.

maybe he should’ve listened to that initial instinct. the film is fucking terrible.

in the writers defense, the series seemed to have been clearly adapted from a feature length treatment that was padded out to series-length. like, just structurally speaking, it’s a typical five act film. just padded the hell out. and a lot of writers simply aren’t natural at shifting from features to series. and i’m

the white parts of the costume are directly inspired by the falcon’s original comic book costume (the really retro one), which were then incorported into the captain america falcon costume in the comic book. presumably the white was used to separate his face against the typically dark colored panels of a comic book.

didn’t mackie produce a lot of that content himself? i think he’s simply bad at choosing projects.

the problem with the film is, incidentally, not that it takes itself too seriously, but that it was made by imbeciles.

looks terrible

i know i know. it’s not worth splitting hairs over, hahaha
