i agree it’s a really moronic move. for one thing, very few people even watched season 1. it wouldn’t exactly confuse things to simply recast the character.

I didn’t know how little I could care for something until this moment. Tracks as a pretty bizarre choice considering Sonic’s reclaimed pop culture relevancy.

sharks aren’t “smooth”, fyi. There skin it so rough is can cause bleeding.

no surprise here

my theory is that the leveling only feels like a drag to those who are eyeballing the booster packs. as long as you sweep the sidequests alongside the main narrative i was always two or three levels above what was required of me.

developers releasing their source code is just going to get less and less likely as time goes on. the minds behind id software, valve, and other early pc developers were part of that hippy generation who valued the free flow of ideas in the modding and programming community, which is why they now make so much of their

The plot to the first three uncharted games are absolute horseshit on paper. It’s the game feel that matters as much.

sci fi channel’s dune is a great adaptation—as a fan of the novel, i respect it for that. however, it feels deeply cheap in terms of design and its production philosophy. when i want “DUNE”, i just read the novel, but when i want a good looking version of Dune, I go with David Lynch’s version. as terrible as it is in

i think i’m looping back to “futureworld is entirely a simulation” and i don’t know how i feel about that.

it’s also almost impossible to find ps4s and xboxs

the only other companies with opening intros i cared for were Lucasarts and Pixar.

you think i’m upset ? i’m analytical.

i think the shorter season also suggests that the entire season was architected at once—unlike season 1, where they had to take a production break to rethink things.

yeah these sites traffick heavily in mindless populist outrage.

not unlike... a television.

I think the show is firmly saying that the “future world” is real, but is “false” not because it’s a virtual reality simulation, but because its socioeconomics are controlled by an AI.

Considering how faithful the first season was to the first film, I consider this series more of an adaptation than reinvention.

Great episode, and I saw that twist coming. The later Ghost in the Shell manga often had the Major rocking a dozen different bodies at once.
