yeah, i think there’s a reason that the trailers have been downplaying the delivery of dialogue. 

hans zimmer is a terrific composer who gets way too much grief. but he’s actually done a lot to progress as a composer project by project since gladiator. the thin red line and blade runner 2049 are gorgeous, masterful records.

yes exactly. the OP suggesting that pain & gain represents the rock’s poor decision-making is off-target, and i’m guessing he doesn’t really have a solid criteria for judging quality filmmaking. michael bay is actually a good director when he wants to be.

i think the argument is that he should make more interesting films *like* pain & gain — not necessarily make smarter films, but action films that actually deliver the goods, rather than visfx slathered bores. 

it’s the same operating system, and i imagine this lite switch will be entering homes where there is already one or more ‘full fat’ switches-considering this one seems deliberately skewed more towards children-so it just makes sense for it to continue to support the full range of controls. although i realize nintendo…

it’s a serious design flaw. they should be repairing them for free.

we’re discussing the switch lite, dingus. it’s a hundred dollars cheaper

another thought: handheld mode’s small screen already renders so much in-game text borderline unreadable, as well as make games with tiny characters or lots of action difficult to see (smash bros or bayonetta) so i am genuinely curious how gamers will cope with an even smaller screen.

it’s not at all vague. it supports joyjons, so expect it to support the pro controller. 

they better make sure those built in thumbsticks aren’t going to turn into junk after 8-10 months....
