just want to say, let’s not discount jennifer lawrence here. i think she has the talent to absolutely nail this character. kate mckinnon is good too, of course. look forward to seeing both interpretations. must suck to be elizabeth holmes right now. at 35, already a pariah!

don’t assume that other readers are somehow less knowledgable or critically-inclined than you are. most readers of the Anthem article have probably also read the previous related articles.

it’s just that a game like this needs two separate metrics... one for kids, and one for adults who play childish games. 

kids tend to re-play games and are generally not trying to beat a level, so the amount of time a game like this can entertain them shouldn’t be quantified by how an adult tends to play a game and be done with it.

counterpoint: pitching your book to publishers with the hope of getting an advance to cover the cost of actually writing it is the intelligent thing to do, rather than write a book that has no one interested in publishing.

note the careful wording: no one is saying he didn’t try to stage an attack, just that he has successfully argued that he doesn’t know the identity of the particular people he reported as having attacked him.
