what’s it gonna be — a culture free of sexism or a culture that celebrates curvy women personified by green chocolate candy???

i can’t deal with children’s cereal anymore. they always mess with my stomach.
peanut m&ms are the only good m&m because it’s literally the least amount of bad chocolate + a good old fashioned can’t go wrong with it peanut.
what you do in the privacy of your bedroom is your business!
i received a major art grant from the national government, after years of homelessness, mental illness, starvation and expatriation and the next day bought the best camera and lens that i’d had my eye on for years.
sure, but i guess my point is that there must’ve been a conscious point when they saw that other games, like zelda, were “growing up” with their audiences, but they decided not to. and instead have been making more or less the exact same game now for decades. maybe these ‘let’s go’ games are the answer, with their…
i hope this decision indicates a willingness to elevate the production style and scope of the games. this series has long felt antiquated to me, excusing itself as a children’s game when other games like zelda have been much more forward-thinking and embracing of sophisticated game mechanics.
yes, this describes me perfectly as well. i’m a productive person when i’m given the space to interpret the task for myself - the moment someone orders me to do something i’m very turned off on the entire enterprise. ‘if it matters so much to you, do it yourself!’ i’d tell the npc if i could.
just raise your kids to like books and think athletics are for the unwashed masses.
hollow knight confirmed
interesting - for whatever reason i was able to ignore mario odyssey’s suggestions pretty often... mostly by avoiding talking with characters if i could.
indeed, it’s why Dark Souls and Stalker are my favorite games!
‘sexually outpace’ ftw
the reason you feel like you don’t have time is because you’ve become used to more quickly paced games. the games aren’t too slow - you’re too fast.
because ubisoft cranks these out yearly - they’ve turned the style into a product.
i love this kind of open world - honestly the ‘aggressively helpful’ style of ubisoft’s open world games after far cry 2 has turned me off and i can’t even get into them... it’s all too predictable, really.
just a guess, but considering that muschietti now has experience on the two-parter IT films - they’re probably aiming to turn this into a franchise, of possibly three or more films, like the hunger games.
portability is a feature that it does better than the competition.
gamers have enough good reasons to like the console, but don’t think we’re not critical of it as well. there are reasons to praise and criticize every console. each has its strengths and drawbacks. it just so happens that the switch plays dark souls portably, so... yeah, that’s a pretty big strength.
incidentally this is why i like stalker - many of the npcs are just like ‘get lost, loser.’
