I eliminated carbs and dropped a ton of weight. I started to incorporate them back in and my weight loss came to a screeching halt. Even at a calorie deficit eating carbs is no beuno for me. Maybe its just a matter of genetics. Maybe some people's ancestry comes from places where carbs were rare. /shrug
