i mean, did the car at least smell good when it was running? like a nutty aroma?

i’ve had mine for over a year now. the laminate inside the jacket still looks OK, but there are some random dark spots and i’m not sure if that’s a sign of it starting to separate at certain points. in terms of rain protection, it’s good when there’s light rain. i feel like if it’s a constant downpour the water…

such a great record. friend of mine turned me onto slint in college (late 90's).
i think it’s easy to dump on woodley himself, but i think his situation is like the perfect storm fighter/promoter mishaps. his road to becoming a champion wasn’t winning fans over as he demanded a title shot but refused to fight to lose his place, hence the nickname “the chosey one.” but some of that has to fall on…
you know who doesn’t think that’s a flamethrower? elon musk.
This is why they created patches.
i think the best part of the interview for me was toward the front half where they’re talking about AI and elon just says “i tried to warn them. i tried...” and there was just uncomfortable silence for a few seconds as he probably saw skynet destroy humanity in his mind.
it’s over 2.5 hours and i’ve barely scratched the surface. rogan must’ve loved this shit. he can throw out any of his crazy theories and beliefs and elon will entertain them all and probably even up the ante.
alright, i’ll toss in the KFP movies. i’ve grown to enjoy those or maybe they’ve ground me down thanks to my kids watching them multiple times over summer vacation.
i’m not the biggest fan of his, but there are probably 3 examples of his work i do enjoy.
i started commuting via citibike 2 years ago from penn station to the office. the lanes are a blessing and a curse. yes, they are protected and great for bikers, but i can’t tell you how often there are random pedestrians using them as their own personal walkway or bikers riding the wrong direction on certain avenues.…
that’s his name when you’re calling your internet provider customer service line!
these videos are always so satisfying to watch. please never change, humans who think they can get a truck through there despite the height restriction.
he looks like a generic prototypical white guy actor. if you swapped him out with garret hedlund (tron legacy), whom they also tried making a thing, or joel kinnaman (altered carbon) i don’t think i’d even notice.
we all know how a predator movie is generally going to play out. but upping the ante on the level of violence and the new methods of dispatching humans by the predator will be fun.
i’ve always hated red delicious for the exact reasons listed and i’ll never understand why people eat that shit.
agreed. it’s not only that but he’s like a mix of old/new school. he appreciates comedy, the history and how it got to where it is and you can see when he’s got certain guests on (ie. the bob newhart clips from yesterday), but at the same time he’s able to balance it with today’s audience and how to deliver it all.
i’m a bit surprised that there isn’t more steam behind this given the success of black panther. yes, blade isn’t nearly as prestigious in terms of story and actors, but people still kinda like vampires (i think) and this seems like a relatively natural progression to expand and diversify the MCU even more.
i can’t wait for drunken disputes to occur and one person whips out the plastic light saber they built at the star tours gift shop only to wonder why it didn’t cut off his opponent’s hand.
my first thought.
