Depends on the party.
Depends on the party.
Why would you be confused? The answer is obviously yes.
Two winners I've made:
My Favorite Gif of all time
NOT FIFTYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In the beginning- a long, long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away- there was darkness...and God said, LET THERE BE LIPS
As a nerdy girl, let me just recommend strongly that you don't attempt to "hide" your nerdiness from potential dates either.
Give it to me now!
Oh damn. Sold already. I have sadz.
What I was much thinner (and younger) I used to pull this look off all the time.
I was totally thinking sexy nightgown too! She looks tired and messy hair and makeup in the second photo but still sexy, like wake up next to her look.
Yup, makes me think of this.
It does look a bit like very formal nightwear, but she really pulls it off. And I doubt Tyra gives any fucks, anyway.
Very true! I tend to keep a few dozen comic feeds running in my RSS reader and pick them up and drop them as I see fit. Sometimes I enjoy webcomics more when I drop them for a while and then go back and catch up.
I met her! She was at a literary conference at my college as the keynote speaker - my sister and I gleefully went and enjoyed her talk and afterwords she signed books and was so nice.
Tamora Pierce! I'm so glad someone else mentioned her. She always crafted such wonderful strong females before all of this Vampire High School nonsense. Though, I would have nominated the Song of the Lioness series. Alanna was every tomboy-geek's heroine, including this one right here.
Diana Wynne Jones is spectacular for young ones. Her books are just so charming. If you can catch them before seeing the Myazaki film, the Howl's Moving Castle trilogy is just wonderful. In fact, I re-read them as an adult and they are still just as wonderful.
Haven't seen anyone mention the Valdemar books yet. There's enough coming of age in both the Talia and Vanyel books to appeal to YA, I think.
