yea. i normally roll my eyes at these sorts of tavarish posts...but this one is pretty logical. more expensive than a civic to run/maintain, but still a good used buy.

Lol i just bought a 2016 gt pp mustang the other day for 32k, so quite a bit cheaper than this. Its still a good deal but in my experience buying someone elses project car with a bunch of mods can end badly.
Dont. They are crap. My buddy had one and it needed non-stop maintaining. Fast but a total pos.
I always see him around pebble every year. Also, that restaurant, turn 12 is an awesome car/motorcycle/laguba seca themed place with pretty good food and drinks. This Monterey week was my 10th year straight. I always make great connections(im in the auto design industry) and new friends there.
About time they got rid of Smisek. United has treated its top tier frequent flyers worse and worse since he came on as CEO and started making a bunch of “enhancements”...the man is pretty despised over on the Flyertalk boards. Anyways, im sure his replacement will be not much better.
You guys have to stop with this gt350 coverage..im in the market for a 15/16 gt performance pack, and all this gt350 awesomeness is making me really want one...which would be an awful financial decision..grr the want is too strong.must.not.buy.50k.car....
Kill it with fire...ugh so much ugly
I have a buddy who races in grand am. He had to outlay loads of cash “a la seed money” to get started. He now is a paid driver(way less $ than you would think) but it would probably take many years to make back what he and his family have invested. Sportscar racing in the US is not a very profitable profession...now…
Now thats a split window!
Im currently looking at getting a 2016 base gt w/pp and recaros. Just fyi these can be had for well below msrp. Theres many on the forums that have paid 31-33k for a gt like the one im looking at (38k msrp). Even with the x-plan pricing (which anyone can get by signing up for the mustang club) they are 3-4k off msrp.
Ill probably be there(depending on where my group of friends decides to go) in a black 84 Countach 5000s..come and say hi!
Wow, i didn’t expect to see a positive story about Ferrari. Having seen how they treat customers recently, i would only expect the worst...
Awesome. I went to school for trans design(im assuming thats what you were talking about... Mazda?) and I know how hard it is to get your foot in the door. How did the internship turn out?
Was quite the shit show. I was rooting for my buddy Matt (Bell-stevenson camaro #9)...they had shit luck with abs issues early on but Matt worked his way through almost the whole field. If they hadnt red flagged the end he may have gotten right near the front of the pack.
The 4c i drove had the bigger wheels and rode like shit but the handling was nice and neutral with very little body roll. Im sure the smaller wheels would help rthe ride a bit.
Thank you sir for bringing me back. One of my favorite shows ever (dom jolly is the best ). And such a great skit. ..they have one with him driving a caterham and doing the same thing.
