Once bought a lemons car in san jose for $500. No joke it caught fire (well we caught it on fire cutting something with a grinding wheel). <true story.

“ Why does the infotainments screen have the resolution of a Tamagotchi?”
Crackpipe.
Yea that transmission is truely awful. Almost as bad as the focus/fiesta auto...they both are such a jerky mess ay low speeds.
so true...im an automotive design student(and freelance designer), and it is totally common to "borrow" wheels/tires when doing a sketch or sketch rendering. But something that isnt student work or isnt going to stay in studio...well they should at least remove the LR text (or do their own wheels).
Oh i guess i should have put that i agree with your statement...i wrote that before my morning coffee lol. yea it is hard to find a decent stock evo. My first evo, an 03 8 had loads of mods when i first bought it. The previous owner (a good friend) put 5k track miles on it (at one point it was just his trackday toy).…
I sold an 05 evo rs last year that was almost stock (and had under 20k miles)...it had a cosworth block but all stock besides that (well at one time it had loads of aftermarket stuff on it at one time but was put as close to factory as possible). When i was selling it there was another really clean evo 9 that was low…
Yay thats my buddy Matts Stevenson camaro as the title image. Kick ass this weekend dude!
If you ever want to buy a car from them again then dont do it. They will literally blacklist you from order lists. I have talked to the owner of all three of these. Nice guy. Ferrari has the worst customer service and douchey exclusivity ever. My friend who has a p1 has bought many ferraris over the years but ferrari…
My buddy snapped one of the p1 at the first preview a few years back. They just firmly told him not to let it get out. But then again he had a 12c at the time and later got a p1 anyways.
Not that much but still insane...but there were lots of deposits put down before financing though so that comes into play. Considering what the few P1's that have traded hands were going for, at least you know you could sell at any time and get money out of it(not that i think my buddy would ever do it).
not his garage...that garage belongs to a detailer that was putting a clear wrap on the front end...i got to bring the p1 down there that day...was a fun drive :)
He bowed to him lol...the salesman was laughing his ass off. Also, some of the other guys on that newsgroup have some nice exotics. Cant beat a nice little car for less than comcast lol.
A good buddy of mine is part of that "group pf racers" ...which is really a newsgroup list for bay area trackday/car enthusiasts that has been around for many years. He picked one up as a SF downtown beater. He told me the funny part of getting it was that they asked him to write down any other cars he was currently…
Wow. There are no words.
Rare or not that generation of gm products is trash. So IMO no but im sure some collector will make money on it in 30 years. Cars are mostly a shit investment anyways...
Doug- thank you for doing the community a great service by squashing that pest. Please use your new tool for running over many things this year.
