My buddy Matt Bell is an instructor there...say Stefan sent you and he will take extra good care of you :)

my best friend owns this and would be down...theres also a local guy ive met who has a p1 and laferrari. But im sure he wouldn't want to ruin his relationship with ferrari (what a douchebag car company....i have a few friends who have stopped buying ferraris because of how shady they are). Eh oh well like it matters

This. When i got my Abarth the fiST had just hit the lots and the lowest the dealers would go for one with recaros was 25k. I bought my Abarth for 19k before tax and reg. And ive heard they are doing even crazier deals now (which sucks since the resale value ia complete shit...oh well)

sf based car guy here...i completely agree. Although with how powerful the bicycle lobby groups and environmentalists are here a congestion tax is almost inevitable.

yea and most dealers are practically giving them away...i got mine for 19k before taxes/reg. Not bad for an el cheapo DD. Its actually loads of fun to autox too.

< really wants to send this to my buddy with a p1....but ill not be a dick :p

aint that the truth

I used to love down the street from that e30 m3 vert(posted it up in demuro's last import post). The owner had great taste in cars- IIRC he also had a c63, super mint e34 m5, ferrari 348 etc. I remember thinking it must have been a conversion until my roommate went and talked to him.

Think thats bad? Try riding in a shared bus in Cambodia. They will accelerate head-on towards on-coming traffic until the other bus/car/tuk tuk/scooter has to veer widly onto the shoulder. I really thought my life was going to end there.

audi r8?

Ah that's true. I had a neighbor here in the sf bay area who had an e30 m3 convertible(among many other rare bmws) that he imported a few years back (presumably using some shady process or maybe show and display). I didnt believe him that it was legit but he showed me the vin plate.

If i was going to import a car from overseas, i would burn some air miles and fly over and check the car myself. Or of course use a local jalop to check it out!

There are semi legal ways around the smog issue here in California. I may or may not know someone with a 84 countach here(which came with pretty much zero emissions equipment in 84...still running webers then). Its sort of a pain though and it sucks to have to be doing shady stuff just to enjoy a car that is rare

Nice! Hit me up if you ever need a designer :)

Its not bad. I have been there for quite a few years(working almost full time to pay for school also so only taking a couple classes a semester). The trans department has really come a long way in the past few years, with many sponsored classes and way more people getting internships/jobs. But we still are playing

Nope AAU in sf. Took Art Center at night classes a few years ago. Do you?

Eh, looks like a suppository.

glad someone got to it before me...i was about to post a picture of my old evo with the rear wheel high in the air :)

lol hey joe. Yea did a semster there when i was trying to get in.

Thanks! Did you go to aau? When did you graduate(i started in 05 but took a couple years off in between to work and do a little time at art center at night)?
