That's great. But I gave them about 20 minutes, and it was nothing but pizza, small talk and an awkward chat with a lit professor teaching an unstructured class on zombies.

Yup. Not sure what the appeal is of a live-streamed lunch.

I wonder, for the investigator manning the lapdance-footage stopwatch, what constitutes the official beginning of the encounter? Like when she makes contact? Or the first trace of sashay?

Apologies for the reference, but this is your Neo vs. the army of Agent Smiths moment. And it is glorious.

This is not a toy. Toys are fun things that look fun and sometimes do fun stuff.

Look at those page views, though. Even accounting for whatever percentage of dudes who actually still think these videos are funny, this is hate-clicking at its finest.

Anyone crowing about GoT spoilers is a for-real dummy. The books are fantastic. Just read the damn things.

That's a shame. His work on the ODST soundtrack is legendary. I've listened to the closing credits track on the regular for a while.

What a bummer. I got a tiny look at the work they were doing, when I visited CCP in Iceland, and the emphasis they had on fashion was so cool and counter-intuitive. So you've never heard of a company spending a million dollars on marketing? Because that's probably what this would amount to. Pretty cheap, actually, as global campaigns go.

I'm not talking about legality here, but good will, and good PR.

Nicely done.

Fair enough.

Honestly thought it was related to this (before the jump, at least).

Stunning.

Agreed. Plus, he's implying that these guys are being torn from their families, and pressed into duty. There isn't an active SEAL on the planet who wouldn't love the opportunity to raid a ship in an operation like this.

I really, really was. I didn't realize the emphasis would be on totally new characters.

The spiiiiiiice....
