I was tempted to list Xena and Callisto, but, nah, that was pretty much hate/hate all the way, even if they were forced to work together now and then.
But then Helena betrays her and tries to destroy the world, but can't bring herself to kill Myka . . . and that's just Season two. So, yeah, they go back and forth between being enemies and being soulmates a lot . . . .
As someone who watched DARK SHADOWS religiously as a kid, I admit I'm intrigued by the new movie.

I was the editor on the Tor novelization and I don't even have a copy of it. (Rumor has it there was second novelization, maybe by Kevin Anderson, but it was never published either. There were many complications . . . obviously!)
As I recall, there were actually two different versions of the novelization as well, written by two different authors, and neither of which ever got published!
I'm surprised you didn't mention SUPERNOVA (with James Spader and Angela Bassett) which went through something like three directors and was eventually credited to a pseudonymn . . . .
