There’s no plea bargain. For a plea bargain to happen, the defendant should have to plead guilty, no contest, or an Alford plea. None of that is present here.

It there was actually a trial, I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw multiple “Mark Furman” moments during the defense’s case. The CPD ruined this case just like the LAPD ruined the OJ case. Police misconduct with the leaks and lying to the media such that the FBI had to call CPD out!
