Yep. Grooved pavement in particular. Part of the reason it’s done is it puts some of the rubber of the vehicles that drive over it into the grooves.

I look at the GT cars as a never ending program. The issue is every so often they have to “make a release” and sell them to the public. Things they may have had ideas about on a GT3 end up making it into the following GT3 RS. Ideas they got late in the development on the GT3 RS make it into the next GT3. And so…
The target for a new GT3 is always to best the outgoing GT3 RS.
Some TPMS sensors need to be explicitly reset via a menu to turn the light off, even if you inflate tires to the correct pressure. I know Honda does that.
