I like the Impala, though my interactions have all been in the rear seat (minds out of the gutter). It’s roomy and has a huge trunk, I just don’t know what the driver’s experience is like.

I actually like that one.

Back in high school, one of the kids owned a 1st gen Prelude. He’d pulled the back seat and replaced it with a sheet of ply and 2 x 12"-14" subs.

Saute with oil? I prefer butter, sea salt and coarse ground black pepper.

I’ve sometimes had a bit of fun with this... Sure, I’ll tell you my salary, but I need to know your performance bonus plan, and your payout rate.

I’m a bit of a VW fanboy, (see the avatar), I admit. (I’m on my 3rd VW, with a ‘12 Passat as my DD, but I’m not a rabid fan...)

My local Walmart Neighborhood store has a set of 195/70R14's for $25 each....

The back 3 plugs on any V6 minivan. On our Dodge Caravan, it was easier to reach them by lying underneith and snaking your arm up by the exhaust. (Just wait until it’s cooled down....)

I had a beater ‘97 Jetta (the VW logo that’s my avatar), the wife had a succession of vehicles that were “the family” vehicle. (98 Montana, 04 MPV, 99 Suburban, 01 Excursion, 05 Suburban) I didn’t mind them (other than the MPV which we only had for 6 months). It was the “vehicle” we purchase for the teens...

Oh, I agree, I was just shocked that I didn’t burst into flames when I sat in the Prius... (Coming from our 3rd large SUV...)

Do you live in Topeka, Kansas? The local Toyota dealer runs the key mailer, which often gives you a Kansas Lottery scratch off... We’ve gotten two of the kids out of the house, and last year the wife wanted to move out of the Suburban and into something a bit more fuel efficient... So we go over to the Toyota

I’ve had the following...

“Drove me nuts” implies past tense... “Smart” guy.

You’re right... I meant omni-directional not unidirectional...

Daily Driver (x3)

Of course there is...

I’ll politely disagree on several points.

As a guy reading all these comments, I have to say that I apologize for which ever man devised the feminine torture device bra.

Pretty much.
