I feel your pain. I live right up the street, about a 15 minute to International District and where I live I'm stuck with garbage ass Broadstripe too. You know it's a shame when you'd almost kill for some Comcast when everyone else around you complains about them lol.

Battlefield single player = meh

I agree with you 100%. I was frothing at the mouth to get my hands on FO3 before it came out and have put well over 300+ hours on it. Then I saw all the stuff for Vegas and while I'm still planning on playing it I'm in no rush whatsoever. I think it's partly because I still haven't played through 3 the way I'd like…

Well my gf re-installed her copy of Bad Company 2 the other day using Origin. Prior to this she was effectively locked out of her copy because her "License" for it had expired and it wouldn't launch unless she shelled out another $20 for a game she had already paid for. This was through the old EA Download Manager.

Ahh thx. I guess that all makes sense but as someone in their mid 30's that's been reading and collecting comics off and on since the early 80's I'm soooo tired of revamps and relaunches and retcons.

The sliding AMD/Intel scale should come into account right here. An 8.429 GHz AMD processor = a 3.0 GHz Intel lolz...

I hear you. Best advice I could give is to buy it piece by piece. Times are hard around here though too so I feel you if that's the cause.

It's funny but video graphics have long been biased towards AMD/ATi even though 99% of games are developed on kits with Nvidia tech and Nvidia outsells ATi 3-1.

My Toshiba Qosmio laptop destroys those specs. BRING IT

To the shagrin of a lot of people that will purposely not buy it on their service based on reputation alone. Ubisoft/SONY DRM scandal, anyone? Activision's rep proceeds them.

Who doesn't love Nintendo on some level? NOBODY can resist Mario Kart or Zelda or Pokemon or Smash Brothers, etc. At least one Nintendo franchise rings everyone's bell.
